Artist's Comments

This was taken the next morning from the moon rise shots. Turns out I read the chart wrong and I should have been out the previous morning. Here the sky was getting fairly light, but the moon still had a ways to go to the horizon.

Exposures here are 1/20, 1/100, 1/6 second at f/8. The shorter focul length, 98mm, helps make the motion of the moon less noticeable. How ever the moon is less gigantic in relation to the pier.

Love that blue though.

All this ocean scenes make me want to eat fish an chips.
The whiteness of the moon is nice contrast to all that blue.

Alucard: I had one man tell me he was a writer.
Integra: And what did you do?
A: I killed him quickly.
I: I'm sure the art community thanked you.
A: I like to consider myself a scathing critic. Non of my subjects survive my reviews.

Just walk out to that restaurant at the end of the pier, they serve some nice one out there, also shrimp dishes, burgers, and a few other things.
